Updated September 28, 2026. These usage rules describe Clipforge Local Studio's development version.

Current service

Clipforge provides local video splitting, vertical rendering, animated banner overlays, previews and exports. The publishing schedule currently operates in a local test mode. TikTok integration is under development and public posting is not available.

Your content

Only process or share videos, audio, artwork and other materials for which you have the necessary rights and permissions. You retain your rights to your content. Check the output before sharing, including cropping, audio, banners and captions.

Platform use

Any future TikTok transfer requires authorization of the destination account and an explicit choice of content to send. Follow TikTok's applicable rules and respect its limits. Do not use this software for spam, misleading impersonation, unauthorized copying or evasion of platform restrictions.

Development limitations

Keep backups of source material. The local scheduler runs only while the application and computer are running. API availability, account eligibility and app approval are controlled by TikTok; the software does not guarantee approval or publication.

Access and support

This website is an information page, not a public editing service or subscription offer. For an operator-managed installation, use the same channel through which the operator supplied access for support and data requests.
