This website

This public information site is hosted by Cloudflare. Requests pass through Cloudflare, which may process network information such as IP address, request time and browser information to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising trackers, registration forms or video upload forms to this site.

Local editing

Source videos, banners, project names, rendering settings, generated clips and schedules are stored in files and a SQLite database on the computer running Clipforge. Rendering is local. Local test publishing copies files to a local folder and does not send them to TikTok.

TikTok integration

Test users can connect through the official TikTok authorization screen with user.info.basic and video.upload permissions. Clipforge stores the account identifier and display name locally, together with encrypted access and refresh tokens. The encryption key is stored on the same computer; protect access to that computer. The authorization callback passes through this Cloudflare-hosted website and then, after a click, goes to the local service at localhost:3000. Cloudflare may process the callback URL, including a short-lived authorization code. The callback page uses no analytics or third-party scripts and removes the query from browser history. Videos selected and confirmed by the user are sent directly from the local backend to TikTok. TikTok returns an upload identifier and processing status, stored locally. Uploading delivers an inbox notification; the user finishes editing and publishing inside TikTok. Account passwords are never requested by Clipforge. Use Disconnect to revoke access and remove local tokens; uploads and project records remain locally until removed. You can also revoke access in TikTok settings.

Control and retention

Local project data remains on the operator's computer until removed by that operator. This version has no automatic retention limit. To request access to or deletion of data from an operator-managed installation, contact the operator through the channel used to obtain access. This information site has no public user accounts.
